The Burleson Heritage Foundation is committed to historical preservation and education. From the Heritage Visitor’s Center at the old Interurban Depot, volunteers maintain permanent exhibits on Burleson’s history, from railroad town of the late 1800s through the Interurban Era of the 1910s through 1931 into the urban sprawl that has its roots in the ‘50s.
The Burleson Heritage Foundation is a volunteer-supported group committed to historical preservation and education. Centered at the Burleson Heritage Visitor's Center at 124 West Ellison in Old Town Burleson,. we host local school-children for tours, invite guest speakers to our public meetings, and maintain colorful exhibits chronicling Burleson's heritage dating from the small railroad village of the 1880's through the modern boom of the last decades.
The Burleson Heritage Foundation holds meetings at 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at the Heritage Visitor’s Center.
The Burleson Heritage Foundation invites all citizens to take an active role in historic preservation and education in Burleson.
