We'll start the process by getting your domain name set up.  We'll register your new domain for you or transfer one you already have over to our registration system.  This will be one less expense for you to have to bear and one less item you will have to worry about renewing each year.

Email Services

Once your domain name is pointing to our servers, we'll set up your email services and get you trained immediately.  Our email services include top-notch spam protection and is accessible by most cell phones - especially Blackberry, iPhone, and Palm smart phones.

Custom Design

Based on your input, we start designing your main template.  Choose color schemes and provide us with photos or other graphics and we'll produce a great concept that is accessible and works!

Content Management System

We'll build your individual pages and show you how to make changes to the content anytime you want using our Content Management System.  You'll be able to add or modify content with little to no training.  We will provide you training at our office or over the phone if you are still unsure of the details.

Having a great website is worthless if no one knows it exists.  We'll help you get found in the search engines naturally - that is, without having to spend any money on search engine advertising.

Of course, if your business needs search engine advertising (such as Google AdWords) we can help you out with that, too.  We show you how to do it so that every dollar you spend will go towards advertising and not towards a third-party whose sole purpose is to sign you up for advertising.

We provide you with web analytics and statistics that help you see your website's performance and we'll ven show you how to improve it.  It provides detailed reports on your website and its visitors, including the search engines and keywords they used, the language they speak, which pages they like, the files they download... and so much more.  We also have unmatched capabilities to measure, organize, discover and transact based on directly-measured traffic and inferred audience data.

Sagentic Web Design is now on standby for you whenever you need us.  Know that when you call or submit a trouble ticket, you won't be charged.  The only time the you will incur additional charges is when you request additional software or programming is and that additional software or programming can only be obtained by Sagentic Web Design at cost.

You will only pay for the software or programming as required by the 3rd party vendor. You will be notified in writing of any software or programming that would incur additional cost before that software or programming is obtained. You have the right to accept or reject the implementation of additional software or programming.

Additional pages, software, or programming developed by Sagentic Web Design are not charged to the client at any time. For example, if the client starts out having a 20 page website at the beginning of the year and ends up having 60 pages by the end of the year, no additional charges will have been incurred.

This pricing is good for the life of the contract.  All prices specified in the project contract will be honored for as long as you remain a continuous customer. Once the contract is signed and you become a client of Sagentic Web Design, your annual pricing will not be increased - ever.
