If for any reason your credit card is declined (e.g. you change or close the account) we will send you immediate written notification of the amount due. You give Sagentic authorization to charge your payment method automatically when installment and/or renewal payments are due on your contract.

Submitting this form will not result in an immediate charge. Your payment method will only be charged in accordance with the terms specified in your contract.

You may be billed for any previous outstanding balances on your account.
